Duties

- Implement individualized, evidence-based behavioral intervention programs under the direction of the supervising clinician.
- Collect accurate and objective data on client progress and communicate relevant observations to the clinical team.
- Support children in developing communication, social, adaptive, and independence skills through engaging behavioral interventions.
- Promote skill acquisition and reduction of challenging behaviors using ethical, evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Follow treatment protocols, behavior plans, safety procedures, and organizational policies consistently.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to promote consistency and generalization of skills across settings.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, data collection, client progress, and relevant observations.
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, team meetings,



and professional development activities.
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients, families, coworkers, and supervisors.

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational, clinical, behavioral, or therapeutic settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), special education principles, or developmental support strategies is an asset.
- Ability to implement behavioral programs consistently and accurately.
- Strong observation, data collection, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate and respectful approach when working with children and families.
- Ability to accept and implement feedback from supervisors and clinical team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations, where applicable.
- Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
