This full-time role is pivotal for our customer-focused sales team. We seek an individual to fill the full-time Industrial Sales Representative position, reporting to the Sales Director.

You will develop new clients, ensure satisfaction, and prepare tailored proposals based on customer needs. Ongoing communication regarding product updates and service improvements will also be part of your essential tasks. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle product and service inquiries from clients
- Create detailed information kits for prospects
- Facilitate in-person presentation meetings
- Prepare and follow up on service proposals
- Maintain up-to-date customer and proposal files Requirements:
- DEC or equivalent experience is essential
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual: French and English required
- Good command of MS Office and Zoom
