This role is highly cross-functional and works in close partnership with the Director, Operations to ensure projects, metrics, and systems are aligned to Riipen's Operating System and strategic priorities.This role is accountable for translating business needs into actionable systems, workflows, dashboards, and insights. It combines hands-on systems ownership (HubSpot, Metabase, integrations), project management, analytics, and stakeholder accountability.This is not a pure data analysis role. Success is measured by business impact, operational clarity, and adoption, not exploratory analysis.This role is fully remote and open to candidates in CanadaKey ResponsibilitiesOperations & Project ExecutionContribute to a portfolio of internal, cross-functional projects from needs identification through planning, milestones, execution, and successful outcomesCreate and implement precise project management plans with clear timelines, ownership, and transparent communication at all levelsEnsure a strong understanding of all internal projects funneled through the Operations ticketing system; respond to, assign, andaction Operations ticketsProvide the Director, Operations with up-to-date visibility into project volume, status, risks, and dependenciesPerform and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems and process developmentDeliver regular project and systems status reporting to relevant stakeholdersMetrics, Dashboards, and AnalyticsContribute to the creation, standardization, and measurement of key KPIs that support timely and accurate decision-makingBuild and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insight into project status, operational performance, risks, and trendsCreate dashboards and reporting using SQL in Metabase and HubSpot reporting, ensuring data accuracy, usability,



and adoptionConduct ongoing systems and business analytics to identify issues, measure improvement over time, and inform recommendationsWork closely with the Riipen Data team to source, validate, and model data required for operational reporting and analysisSystems and Process OwnershipOwn and maintain HubSpot workflows, Zapier automations, and other operational integrationsMaintain a deep understanding of Riipen's end-to-end processes across CRM, Riipen platform, and supporting toolsDrive awareness of business requirements across teams and identify substandard systems or processes using real-time dataDetermine, document, and continuously refine user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability and alignmentTroubleshoot systems issues and provide IT or systems support when necessaryStakeholder Partnership and AccountabilityWork with individuals across Riipen with authenticity and authority to hold teams accountable to agreed-upon processes and metricsWork in lockstep with the Director, Operations to ensure teams are held accountable to their targeted metricsPartner closely with Director, Operations to develop and refine reporting needs, data analysis, documentation, and other solutions collaboratively.Monitor activity and volume trends to assist in providing recommendations and data to support recommendations on process and strategic changes within Riipen's businessCommunicate effectively with production, management, and executive teams, translating data and systems insights into clear business recommendationsDocumentation and EnablementAuthor, update, and maintain internal and external documentation for systems, workflows,
