Sonnen Hill is looking for a Brewery Server to join our taproom team for 1-2 shifts on weekends. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning customers and will help uphold Sonnen Hill’s values and standards.

You’ll be responsible for serving draught beer and snacks, talking customers through our beer offerings, keeping the taproom clean and organized, and opening and closing the space. Knowledge of brewing/beer is an asset but a genuine interest in learning is equally valued.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide exceptional service
- Responsibly serve alcohol and snacks in accordance with service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the beer garden, bottle shop, and outdoor spaces
- Operate the POS system, including retail and processing payments
- Serve beer at off-site events as needed

Qualifications

- SmartServe certification
- Previous serving or brewery experience is an asset
- Must be available weekends

Details

- Part-time
- 8-24 hrs/week (average 1-2 shifts a weekend)
- $20 per hour + tips

Start Date: September 5th

Pay: $20.00 per hour
