As our Commercial Bulk Feed Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting bulk feed operations by coordinating customer orders, monitoring inventory systems, and communicating with customers, mills, drivers, and internal teams. This role ensures timely and accurate feed ordering, supports logistic operations, and helps resolve feed-related concerns while maintaining strong relationships across the business If you are an organized professional looking for a remote role with a supportive team, we want to hear from you!

Job Location: Remote (Core Business Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours)

Responsibilities

- Enter, submit, and coordinate customer feed orders with multiple feed mills
- Monitor and update inventory systems
- Proactively connect with customers regarding feed needs and upcoming orders
- Manage, track, and order swine feed, including monitoring hog shipments in and out
- Request and track veterinary prescriptions as required for feed orders
- Support bulk feed truck drivers by responding to delivery-related questions
- Collaborate with sales representatives and the formulation team to support customer needs




- Investigate feed-related complaints and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to identify root causes and support resolution

Qualifications

- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in agriculture, feed operations, logistics, or customer support an asset
- Familiarity with inventory or ordering systems (e.g., BinSentry) is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a rapid-paced setting
