Exuma Exclusives manages a growing portfolio of high-end vacation rental homes in Exuma, Bahamas. We work with homeowners to manage their rental properties, including listings and pricing, guest reservations, property operations, maintenance and local service providers.

As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, resourceful Business Operations Manager to work closely with our two founders and help build the operational structure that allows us to continue adding properties while maintaining a high level of service.

This is a broad role in a growing, entrepreneurial company. You'll manage projects and recurring operational priorities, help onboard new properties, coordinate with homeowners and local service providers, organize operational and financial information, and build simple systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks, but notices what needs to be done, takes ownership and finds ways to make things work better.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ongoing priorities and projects, keeping deadlines, property launches and recurring responsibilities organized and moving forward.
- Coordinate current property onboarding from signed homeowner through launch, including listings, property information, pricing, amenities, local contacts and operating requirements.
- Support property operations, including maintenance, resupply, shipments and other property needs, working with local property managers, contractors and vendors.
- Prepare property reporting, respond to homeowner requests and coordinate pricing or promotional changes.
- Track property expenses, invoices, vendor activity, contracts, licenses and other recurring requirements, providing clean information to management and the bookkeeper.
- Turn recurring work into simple, documented processes and identify practical ways to improve how the company operates.




- Take ownership of additional projects and operational problems as they arise in a growing entrepreneurial business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong judgment and professionalism when working directly with homeowners, vendors and partners.
- Comfortable with numbers, technology and learning new software.
- Naturally inclined to document, organize and improve processes.
- Able to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details.
- Comfortable working in a growing business where processes are still being developed.
- Previous experience in vacation rentals, property management, hospitality or a similar service business is helpful would be an asset.

Preferred Background:

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered an asset:

- Business operations or operational project management.
- Property management or vacation rental operations.
- Hospitality, travel or another high-touch service business.
- Supporting founders, executives or senior leadership in a growing business.
- Coordinating multiple vendors, contractors or service providers.
- Managing homeowner, client or customer relationships.
- Property onboarding, implementation or launch coordination.
- Developing and documenting internal processes and procedures.
- Working with operational and financial information, including invoices, expenses and reporting.
- Working remotely and independently while managing multiple priorities.
