Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in system integration, Azure, and business requirements analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple applications and systems, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Experience in the Retail domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to define integration requirements.
- Analyze and document system-to-system integrations, APIs, data flows, and interfaces.
- Work with Azure-based applications and services and understand cloud integration concepts.
- Create BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.




- Coordinate with integration and development teams throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in solution design discussions and identify system dependencies.
- Support API and integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Analyze data mappings and integration workflows between applications.
- Work with Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other ceremonies.
- Support UAT and work with business users to validate solutions.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
- Solid system integration experience.
- Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP services, interfaces, and data integrations.
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience documenting integration requirements, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
