Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and furniture with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional spaces for our clients, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and durability.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute cabinet designs and installations.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinetry and related fixtures.
- Measure spaces precisely to ensure seamless cabinet fitting and alignment in residential or commercial settings.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, caulking, painting, or finishing techniques to achieve a polished look.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure design specifications are met within project timelines.




- Operate concrete forming equipment or assist with concrete finishing when required for structural elements.
- Assist with other construction tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, or flooring installation as needed to support comprehensive project completion.

Experience

- Proven experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of diverse construction trades including restoration work, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical systems, and construction painting is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and translate them into accurate craftsmanship.
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial renovation projects is preferred but not mandatory.
