If you can manage schedules, changing priorities, people, deadlines and dozens of moving pieces without losing your cool — we want to talk to you.

Betz cares for more than 2,500 pool clients, all with different pools, services and needs.

You'll be given your own portfolio of clients and become their point person throughout the entire journey — from opening their pool in the spring, through weekly service and repairs during the summer, to closing in the fall and winter water-level checks.

And this is NOT a seasonal job.

We care for commercial pools, outdoor spas and hundreds of indoor pools throughout the year.

You don't need to be a pool expert. We can teach you pools.

We're looking for the skills that are much harder to teach: organization, critical thinking, accountability, communication and a genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.

If you've spent years keeping a school, office or busy organization running smoothly, your skills may be more transferable than you realize.

What You'll Do





- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and become a trusted point of contact for their pool service needs.
- Proactively communicate with customers and anticipate both their stated and unstated needs.
- Coordinate with our office teams, field technicians and contractors to ensure work is scheduled, completed and followed through.
- Stay on top of outstanding customer needs, commitments and service concerns.
- Handle escalated situations professionally, de-escalate conflict and work toward practical solutions.
- Advocate for the customer internally while representing the Betz brand and our commitment to white-glove service.
- Identify potential concerns before they become problems and take ownership through resolution.

Pool industry experience is not required.

Experience in school or office administration, customer service, hospitality, coordination, account management or other fast-paced service environments may be highly transferable.
