Role:

Campus Consulting Analyst

Location:

- Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
- We expect 4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
- Relocation Assistance is not provided.
- Travel Expectations: 0-40%

What you'll do

- Dive into dynamic consulting engagements spanning finance transformation, process improvement, technology enablement, data analytics, and organizational change to help clients solve complex business challenges.
- Support project teams in delivering high-impact client engagements by managing project plans, tracking milestones, identifying risks, coordinating communications, and helping drive successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members across all levels to support client meetings, workshops, and project deliverables while building professional consulting skills.
- Assist in developing executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people.
- Perform primary research to uncover issues, identify gaps, and design innovative solutions for challenging client problems.
- Utilize cutting-edge statistical tools and software to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelors or Masters Degree to be completed by December 202 or May 2027
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Authorized to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
