A growing, design-driven organization is seeking a Manager of Finance to lead the day-to-day finance function while enhancing financial operations, cash flow visibility, and decision support. This is an expanded role beyond traditional bookkeeping, ideal for someone who can manage a disciplined close process, oversee cash and collections, and develop practical reporting to support leadership decision-making.This role partners closely with operations and cross-functional teams, acting as the central finance point across systems, processes, and performance reporting.What We Offer:Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 Extended healthcare coverageJob Type: In office 4 days + 1 day remoteBenefits: Comprehensive health advantages package, including medical, dental, and visionWhat You'll Do:Lead full day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, AP, and transaction managementOwn weekly cash management rhythm, including cash flow meetings and short-term liquidity planningDrive accounts receivable collections and escalation, identifying root causes of delays and implementing improvementsProduce and maintain 16-week rolling cash flow forecasts to proactively identify cash gapsManage month-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, coding review, and quality controlPrepare monthly KPI reporting and CFO scorecards, translating financial data into actionable insightsLead systems optimization and continuous process improvements as the business evolvesManage year-end support, tax preparation, and compliance filings (including HST),
