- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring as directed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
- Support clients with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable workplace
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers or repositioning




- Follow care plans meticulously, documenting observations and any changes in condition accurately

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly desirable
- Proven experience providing patient care, including medication administration and dementia or hospice care
- Familiarity with caring for individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Knowledge of senior care best practices and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and assisting with mobility
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Demonstrated reliability, compassion, and a proactive approach to caregiving
