We are a Red Deer-based renovation and general construction company specializing in high-end residential renovations and custom construction.

We’re looking to add a carpenter to our team who takes pride in their work, is dependable, and is comfortable working independently when required.

What We’re Looking For The right person will be proficient in, or actively developing their skills in:

● General residential wall framing and construction techniques

● Reading and understanding construction plans and drawings

● Producing work to a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

● Working independently and problem-solving on site

● Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work area

● Communicating professionally and respectfully with homeowners when required

● Working effectively alongside other trades and members of our team

Most importantly, showing up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude is a must.

Because much of our work is in occupied homes and higher-end renovations, we place a strong emphasis on quality, cleanliness and respect for our clients’ homes.

We aren’t looking to constantly turn over employees or build a huge crew. We’re looking for the right person to become part of an established team, grow with the company and hopefully work with us long term.

Our projects range from full-home renovations and structural/framing work to finishing carpentry and general residential construction throughout Red Deer and the surrounding area.

Ideal Candidate

Previous residential renovation experience is preferred. Journeyman certification is an asset, but experience, reliability, attitude and quality of workmanship are more important to us than a ticket.

For apprentice carpenters, we’re looking for someone who wants to learn, improve their skills and build a career in residential construction. We’re happy to invest our time in the right person who shows up, works hard and wants to grow.

Competitive compensation based on experience and ability.
