Job Title: Carpenter (Full Time)

: The Carpenter is responsible for their part of the project from start to finish; a typical day would include receiving materials on site, measuring, cutting, and installing materials according to a plan. The Carpenter works closely with the Project Manager, and sometimes the client.

Candidate Skillset Profile:

- Craftsmanship – The candidate should display a high level of detail and ability to create beautiful solutions. This usually means taking a high level of pride in the finished product and not cutting corners.
- Construction Ability – The candidate should display a high level of know-how when it comes to framing and general construction practices. Knowledge of glazing, aluminum detailing, stonework, and flashing are assets that would be useful.
- Planning – The candidate should be able to plan their day and task efficiency.
- Communication – The candidate should be an effective communicator both verbally and through documentation and site memos.

Wage and Benefits:

- $37 -$52 / hour - based on skillset and experience
