Job ID Date posted 11/02/2026 Location Toronto, Canada Category Program/Project ManagementJob OverviewFantastic prospect for a motivated individual to join as a Project & Operation Manager in ARM's Solutions Engineering Group: A Technical Project Manager in different areas across various SoC development Programs and an Operation role to support two Engineering functions (one delivering Technology IPs and another one focusing on Compute, Methodology and Automations).In this role, you will act as a central operational anchor for the teams, enabling effective execution, communication, and coordination across distributed engineering and operations partners. You will also work closely with SoC Engineering teams as part of your Project Management assignments with emphasis on planning, coordination, tracking, and follow-through.This role requires strong ownership, good communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating extensively with teams in North America and other regions.ResponsibilitiesOwn and organize key operational cadences, including staff meetings and quarterly operational reviews with multiple teams. Drive meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.Be accountable for resourcing accuracy, including headcount planning, hiring status, and alignment with finance and workforce planning processes.Ensure no action items are lost across cross-functional discussions by proactively tracking decisions, commitments, and dependencies.Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, anticipating needs, surfacing risks, and driving resolution across multiple parallel initiatives.Maintain and update program schedules, trackers, and execution dashboards, using tools such as Microsoft Project and shared trackersTrack and communicate key results, risks, dependencies, assumptions, and open issues, ensuring nothing is missedDrive strong execution hygiene, including action tracking, follow-up, critical issue, and closureOrganize and maintain clean,
