Your role will encompass cognitive, emotional, and social support while maintaining a safe living space for seniors. Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the care team on resident care plans
- Provide comfort and safety through daily support
- Observe and document changes in residents’ conditions
- Assist with daily living activities and dining services Requirements:
- Grade 12 education and health care aide certification
- Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
- Previous experience with seniors is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
