Chef de Partie The Ranchmen’s Club was established in 1891. It is one of Calgary's oldest and most prestigious private clubs. Our history and traditions define us, and we are proud to be Alberta’s first and only Platinum-ranked club. Our facilities include a formal dining room, banquet facilities and casual dining.

The Executive Chef is looking to add a full time Chef de Partie/Line Cook to fill out our evening roster heading in to our Winter and Christmas season.

This position is full-time and normally starts at 1:30pm and lasts until close. This is a full-time position (5 days/week). The club is normally closed on Sundays except for a select number of special events (i.e. Easter Brunch) over the course of the year.

The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to the Club's Standards.



Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in executing a service that includes ala-carte, banquets, private dinners, and club events. The successful candidate will be an energetic, enthusiastic person with a professional manner and a willingness to improve existing skills and learn new ones.
