This role focuses on optimizing Team Member interactions with transactional systems used in quick-paced, compliance-driven store environments. The selected candidate will drive workflow efficiency, accuracy, and usability across critical retail and financial processes while balancing operational realities, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesObserve in-store Team Member workflows to identify friction, workarounds, training gaps, and adoption barriersLead UX design for high-frequency, compliance-driven retail and financial transactionsArchitect workflows for item intake, pricing, customer profiles, loyalty enrollment, inventory management, loan processing, payments, and fraud mitigationDesign UI logic focused on data accuracy, keyboard-first and mobile navigation, validation, and error preventionCollaborate with product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and legal teams to align on business rules and disclosuresCreate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and annotated design specifications for transactional systemsDeliver pixel-perfect,
