- Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
- You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities. No qualifications or prior experience are required.

- Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
- Shifts available from 7am - 12pm or 4pm - 8pm

Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:

- Support through structured induction, ongoing training, refreshers, and clear development pathways.
- Online self-directed learning
- Working alongside a buddy trainer
