This role is integral in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.The HR Generalist will provide broad-based support across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training—contributing to both the strategic and operational success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concernsProvide day-to-day coaching, policy guidance, and interpretation to line management (career development, performance management, disciplinary actions)Conduct investigation meetings and prepare related documentationLiaise between team members, leadership, and benefits providers regarding leaves of absence and return-to-work plansManage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly positions (sourcing, screening, interviews, testing,
