About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Construction Project Coordinator to support our Site Managers and Project Managers.

This position is highly focused on construction drawings, technical understanding, site execution, construction sequencing, and problem-solving.

The successful candidate must be able to review construction drawings and scopes of work, understand how the work should be executed, and translate technical information into clear, practical, step-by-step instructions for site crews.

This is a field-oriented position that requires regular travel between construction sites across the GTA.

Mandatory Qualifications – Non-Negotiable

- Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.




- Ability to review drawings and translate them into clear, practical, step-by-step instructions for site crews.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, dimensions, details, and how work shown on drawings is actually executed on site.
- Previous construction experience in Canada is required.
- Valid G2 or Full Ontario Driver’s Licence is required.
- Must be comfortable travelling frequently between construction sites across the GTA.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential problems in drawings and scopes of work.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and site crews.

Technical Assessment – RequiredPlease note: Candidates who meet the initial requirements will be required to complete a technical interview and practical assessment.

As part of the assessment, candidates will be provided with a construction drawing and asked to review the drawing and explain, in real time, how the work should be executed step by step on site.

We will evaluate the candidate's ability to:

- Read and interpret construction drawings
- Understand technical details and construction requirements
- Determine the proper construction sequence
- Identify significant details, dimensions, and potential issues
- Translate drawings into practical site instructions
- Clearly communicate instructions to a construction crew

This is a practical assessment and is a key part of our hiring process. Candidates who are unable to demonstrate the required level of drawing interpretation and construction understanding will not proceed further in the hiring process.
