Client Care Coordinator — Part-Time

We are looking for a warm, compassionate, bilingual Client Care Coordinator to join our growing mental health practice.

This is a varied role combining client care, administration, marketing, social media, and team support. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, proactive, creative, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for current and prospective clients.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in French and English.
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Provide compassionate and professional support to clients throughout their experience with the practice.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support therapists and administrative staff with day-to-day coordination.
- Manage and contribute to the practice's social media and marketing activities.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content and assist with newsletters, promotions, workshops, and community outreach.
- Help identify opportunities to increase the practice's visibility and attract new clients.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the client and team experience.

Qualifications

- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, patient/client care, healthcare, mental health, hospitality, or a similar environment.
- Experience with social media and marketing, including content creation.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Must be comfortable working in both an in-person and online/hybrid environment.

Experience with Canva, social media management, digital marketing, scheduling/CRM systems, or a mental health practice would be considered an asset.
