Role Description The Client Care Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Niagara Falls, ON. This role is responsible for supporting homeowners and prospective buyers throughout their homebuying and ownership experience, including responding to inquiries, managing service requests, and providing transparent, timely updates. Day-to-day tasks include handling phone and email communications, coordinating appointments, documenting and tracking customer interactions, and liaising with construction, sales, and service teams to resolve issues.

Representative will also assist with walkthroughs,



follow-ups after occupancy, and ensuring clients receive consistent, professional, and courteous service. This role requires a focus on delivering a positive customer experience and maintaining Pinewood Niagara Builders’ high standards of care.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience.
- Ability to foster positive Customer Experience and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience working in roles similar to Customer Service Representatives or client care positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., email, CRM systems, spreadsheets) and accurate data entry.
- Ability to work on-site in Niagara Falls, ON, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in real estate, homebuilding, or property management is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
