As a Client Experience Coordinator, you provide initial and lasting impressions for our clients. The ideal candidate has hospitality and/or customer service experience, is outgoing and enthusiastic. We’re a fast moving and creative team, so adaptability is important, as is a passion for improving the health and wellness of others.

Requirements

- Provide exceptional client experience and hospitality via phone and in-person interactions

- Welcome and orient new clients to Kinetic Labs

- Manage appointment scheduling, invoicing, and health insurance submission using cloud-based software





- Problem solve client inquiries using knowledge of Kinetic Labs products and services

- Create, curate and post weekly branded social media content

- Help develop and streamline clinical operations

- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment

- Comfortable operating specialty hardware including 3D markerless motion capture and force dynamometry

- Opportunities to participate in community outreach events, academic research projects

Schedule:

- Part-time, afternoon/evenings and Saturdays

- Opportunity to move to full-time hours
