We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Dental Clinic Manager to lead our dedicated team in our thriving practice in Downtown Toronto!

Role Details

- Position: Full-Time Clinic Manager
- Location: Edition Dental
- Schedule: 44 hours/week (clinic operates 7 days/week with extended hours; schedule set with Regional Director)
- Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 annually

What You’ll Do You’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success:

- Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processes
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and day-to-day HR functions
- Oversee billing, insurance processes, and financial accuracy
- Create and manage clinic budgets and performance metrics
- Lead by example to deliver an exceptional patient experience
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Train and support team members on systems and software (including ClearDent and Recall Max)
- Foster a positive, accountable,



and high-energy team culture

What You Bring We’re looking for a true leader, not just a manager:

- 2+ years of dental clinic management experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience (coaching and developing teams)
- Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance systems
- High energy, accountability, and a growth mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Flexibility to support a 7-day, extended-hours operation
