We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Coordinator Physiotherapy to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily operations of the physiotherapy clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient administrative processes, and a welcoming environment for both staff and patients. Responsibilities. Service Promotion & Patient Care Engagement

- Promote Clinical Services: Educate incoming and prospective patients on our range of services (e.g., physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, podiatry/chiropody).
- Treatment Plan Follow-up: Work alongside practitioners to review recommended care plans with patients, encouraging booking consistency and plan compliance.
- Lead Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, converting general inquiries into scheduled appointments.

Clinical Product Sales & Consultations
- Identify Product Opportunities: Recognize patient needs during intake, check-in, or follow-ups and present relevant clinical products (e.g., off-the-shelf and custom bracing, custom orthotics, footwear, and compression garments).
- Educate & Recommend: Walk patients through product benefits, fitting options, and usage as prescribed or suggested by practitioners.
- Insurance Navigation: Verify patient benefit coverage for medical devices (bracing/orthotics) and guide patients through insurance pre-authorizations and claims submission.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for clinical supplies, braces,



and demo products; manage supplier orders and track patient-specific custom orders.

Administrative & Front Desk Operations
- Patient Scheduling & Intake: Manage the clinic schedule efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize practitioner bookings.
- Billing & Collections: Process payments, submit direct billing through insurance portals, and handle daily financial reconciliation.
- Patient Records: Maintain accurate, confidential patient profiles and records in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in medical office coordination, clinical sales, retail health/wellness, or high-end customer service.
- Sales Aptitude: Demonstrated ability or comfortable mindset around consulting, cross-selling, or recommending medical products and premium health services.
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with third-party insurance billing, benefit verification, and claim processes (especially for medical equipment/orthotics) is a strong asset.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate, professional tone.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Practice Management Software (e.g., Jane App, EMR systems), point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Organization: Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, orthotic, or multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
- Background in sales, retail medical devices, or customer success.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
