Our client, a well known Commercial Real Estate Developer is hiring for an Executive Assistant for their CFO and COO. They are seeking someone with a high degree of experience and professionalism to partner with, which involves strategic planning, organizing, and collaborating with the team and stakeholders. This office has great energy, and bright minded executives who keep the firm moving forward with successful acquisitions and favourable investor returns. You would act as their liaison for board members, employees, and senior executives. The routines involve calendar management and meeting preparation, preparing correspondence and presentations, handling executive's expenses, travel, and special projects. What you bring: Poise, confidence, and excellent oral and written communication along with high proficiency in MS Office.



Candidates with secure work histories in larger professional firms will be preferred, and those with related industry background are ideal. The company offers a pay range between 95-100K, 15% performance bonus, 3 weeks' vacation plus additional time off during holidays, and fully paid health benefits plan.
