Northern Health has an exciting opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Specialized Services - Mental Health & Substance Use (MHSU) Outreach / Substance Use Stabilization Service team.

In accordance with Northern Health's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities, and under the general supervision of the Manager or designate, you will provide primary therapeutic, case management, and mental health and substance use support services to assigned clients. Services are delivered in hospital, residential, and community settings as required, and are provided in accordance with care plans developed collaboratively by the inter-professional clinical team, the individual, and their family.

Shift Rotation/Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications

- Baccalaureate degree in a mental health and substance use-related discipline, plus two years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
