Job Overview
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling machines, lathes, and press brake machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to determine machining requirements.
- Program CNC machines using CNC programming languages and Mastercam
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.
- Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and mechanical drawings, for accurate machining.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed for material handling.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines,
CNC lathes, or similar equipment.
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming languages like Fanuc or other control systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as Mastercam for designing or interpreting technical drawings.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply mechanical knowledge effectively.
- Experience with welding, assembly processes, and quality control procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, calipers, basic math skills for measurements, and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), press brake machines, and manufacturing safety standards is advantageous.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is a plus; must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
