TrueCare Cleaning Services is hiring dependable Day and Night Porters to maintain a major retail location in Regina. In this role, you'll keep the store clean, safe, and presentable — handling everything from washrooms, entrances, and common areas during the day to floor care and deep cleaning overnight. This is steady, ongoing work for people who take pride in doing a job well, show up reliably, and can work independently.

If you have an eye for detail, are comfortable operating (or learning) floor equipment like auto-scrubbers, and can commit to a consistent schedule, we'd like to hear from you.

Duties

- Clean and maintain washrooms, entrances, food areas, and common areas to a high standard
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors, including operating auto-scrubbers and floor equipment
- Respond quickly to spills — place wet-floor signs and clean promptly to keep the site safe
- Empty garbage and recycling and manage waste removal
- Restock cleaning and washroom supplies as needed
- Complete and honestly sign the daily sweep log (a legal safety document — filled out fully, every shift)
- Handle deep-cleaning and detail work during overnight shifts
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper equipment and chemical handling
- Report maintenance issues,



safety concerns, or low supplies to your supervisor
- Work independently and complete all assigned areas within your shift

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Valuable physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience operating auto-scrubbers or floor equipment
