Responsibilities/ Services offered

- Laser hair removal
- IPL / photofacials
- Skin tightening treatments
- Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or microneedling
- Body contouring / fat reduction treatments
- Facials and customized skincare
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas.
- Provide excellent guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that suit client needs.
- Build robust relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques,



and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

- Valid esthetician license.
- Proven experience in guest services within a spa or salon environment is preferred.
- Strong skills in esthetic treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Sales experience is a plus; ability to promote products confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
