Become a Community Housing Worker with UGM and empower women and families on their journey to independence. This role emphasizes strength-based support in the Sanctuary Transitional Housing setting. As a part of the Housing Support team, you will utilize your skills to assist tenants in their daily routines while providing essential emotional and logistical support.

You will help create a secure environment where program participants can thrive. Through your efforts, you will positively impact their lives and encourage personal growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Build supportive relationships with program tenants
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Support tenants in accessing community services
- Engage in childcare when needed
- Help coordinate program activities and manage crises Requirements:
- Diploma in human services, preferred
- 2 years of related experience required
- Valid driver’s license a must
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
- Experience with diverse communities an advantage Facilitate upliftment and resilience in individuals at UGM while positively transforming lives.
