About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Compliance Analyst to join our growing Compliance team in Canada.

The role will focus on supporting the day-to-day operation of our AML, CTF, sanctions and financial crime framework, with particular responsibility for transaction monitoring, blockchain investigations and customer risk assessment within our Canadian business.

The successful candidate will have practical experience working within a FINTRAC-regulated environment and strong hands-on expertise in Chainalysis. They will be comfortable investigating cryptocurrency transactions, analysing blockchain activity, assessing financial crime risk and making well-reasoned recommendations based onthe available evidence.

This is an excellent prospect for a compliance professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced fintech environment, with exposure to complex financial crime investigations, regulatory requirements and compliance technology. They will be comfortable working directly with Product and Engineering to design, automate and continuously improve the compliance function – including using AI-enabled tools to increase the speed and quality of investigations.
