Pure Day Spa is seeking a polished, personable, and motivated Spa Concierge / Receptionist to join our team.

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional, personalized experience that defines Pure Day Spa. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an elevated setting, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion
- Manage appointments, scheduling, bookings, cancellations, and client inquiries
- Handle phone calls, emails, and day-to-day front-desk communication
- Process payments, gift cards, product purchases, and daily cash-outs accurately
- Promote and sell spa services, packages, qualified skincare products, and gift cards
- Understand client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and products
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
- Maintain a polished, organized,

- A positive team player who takes pride in their work
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, spa, salon, retail, or customer service is an asset
