Read onHere's the influence you'll have and what we'll accomplish togetherAs the incumbent of this position, the nurse is assigned daily to her responsibilities according to operational needs.Here's howTake care of patients as soon as they arrive and welcome them in a courteous and skilled mannerPerform and explain various medical tests (audiogram, spirometry, vision tests, resting ECG and more)Take blood samples from our clients as well as any other tests required by the protocols, follow the indications and/or special requests from the doctorsProceed with the recommendations, update and documentation of the adult vaccination required according to the protocolsAssist the patient with a medication refill request according to the doctor's instructionsRespond to urgent consultation requests by ensuring appropriate triage for each client, providing appropriate advice, referring the patient to the right resources with good symptom managementDocument all patient calls and emailsMaintain clean and functional examination rooms at all timesPerform various quality checks for certain devices, as required by the ISO standardEnsure the follow-up of medical files according to priority and in a rigorous mannerProvide medical follow-up to certain patients as requested by the doctorAssist in the Occupational Health Clinic and Business Services in performing certain medical testsAll other related tasksQualificationsYou haveHold a DEC or BAC in nursingMember of the O.I.I.QMinimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a nurseSpoken and written bilingualism essentialInterest and aptitude for executive customer service, excellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, good management of priorities and speed of executionStrong clinical judgmentAttention to detailInitiative and resourcefulnessAptitude for teamworkDiligence, autonomy and punctualityBasic computer knowledge required (Windows)Basic knowledge of English is required, because you will, on a regular basis, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its provincial scope.By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies' Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) who will be part of the selection process.Salary Range: $26-$48Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 0%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
