ResponsibilitiesWork safely while following all company policies and guidelinesDispatch, and coordinate a group of technicians using HTS software and other web-based systemsEnter and manage daily work orders, ensuring required information is complete (site contacts, job details, etc.)Process and manage technician reportsProcess service recommendations and required follow-upsProvide ongoing support to technicians, including:Job information and scheduling updatesRequired materials follow-upsAddress verification and alternate site contactsContractor information and review of previous visit findingsManage parts (including warranty, inventory,
