We are looking for motivated Construction Labourers to join our team. Both entry-level and experienced workers are encouraged to apply. This role involves assisting with a variety of construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials around the job site.
- Support skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and other construction activities as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labour throughout the workday.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials when required.
- Help with demolition, site setup, and other labour-related tasks.

Requirements




- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
