Compensation: Common stock issued monthly in lieu of salary (based on company valuation of $26M), plus Commission. After 6 months, transition to salary + bonus + equity.

Konzortia Capital is revolutionizing private capital markets by leveraging cutting-edge technology to connect investors and companies. Our flagship platform, Alpha Hub, is an AI/ML-driven marketplace that efficiently matches issuers and allocators across the venture capital, private equity, and M&A; space. We use advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to continually analyze millions of data points, matching companies with ideal investors based on detailed criteria.

We are seeking a talented mid-level Content Creator to join our team and produce high-quality written content that educates and engages our audience. In this role you will collaborate with product, design, marketing, and business development teams to craft content and copy that inform prospects about our solutions. You will play an integral role in ensuring potential customers have the information they need about our brand and offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Article Creation: Research and write three insightful, well-researched articles per week on industry-relevant themes (e.g. private markets trends, fintech innovation, investment strategies), showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
- Social Media Copy:



Draft engaging LinkedIn updates and other social media posts aligned with our brand voice, to grow awareness and drive audience engagement. You will develop content in line with our editorial calendar and campaign needs.
- UX/UI Microcopy: Work closely with UX/UI designers to write concise, user-friendly interface text (tooltips, button labels, error messages, etc.) that ensures clarity and a seamless product experience.
- Help & Platform Documentation: Create and maintain help center articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides for the Alpha Hub platform. Translate technical features into clear, accessible language that guides users through our product.
- Business Development Materials: Support the capital raising and sales teams by developing persuasive content for pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Your copy will highlight Konzortia’s value proposition and market insights to prospective investors and partners.
- Email & Campaign Content: Develop targeted email marketing content (newsletters, drip campaigns, funnel emails) in collaboration with the marketing team. Optimize subject lines and copy to improve open rates and click-throughs, helping to nurture leads and support our growth goals.

What We’re Looking For

- Content Experience: 3+ years of professional content creation experience (digital, marketing, or technical writing). You should be comfortable writing across multiple formats (articles, social posts, emails, sales collateral) and adapting your style to different channels. A background in fintech, finance, or B2B SaaS is a strong plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or financial technology. You should understand basic industry concepts and be able to quickly learn about current financial topics. (Immersive knowledge of the financial industry is highly valued)
- Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional command of written English, with the ability to tell a compelling story and simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging copy. Strong editing and proofreading skills are essential.
- Research Ability: Excellent research skills to gather data and insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences. You should be able to identify relevant angles and supporting information for each piece of content.
- Collaboration & Communication: A team player who works well with designers, marketers, and business stakeholders. You’ll need to gather input from others and iterate on your writing based on feedback. Strong verbal communication and organizational skills are important for aligning on messaging and meeting deadlines.
- Creativity & Adaptability: A creative problem-solver with a willingness to experiment with different content formats and platforms. You should be resourceful, self-motivated,



and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems, or analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic analytics/reporting will help in optimizing content for reach and performance.

Preferred Background

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a content writer or copywriter, especially in B2B or technology sectors.
- Prior experience in a financial services, fintech, or startup environment.
- Portfolio of published work (blog posts, articles, social media campaigns, etc.) demonstrating strong narrative and analytical writing.
- Familiarity with the fintech/startup ecosystem and enthusiasm for staying current on industry trends.
- Comfortable with basic tools like Google Docs, Slack, and project management software; knowledge of analytics dashboards or SEO tools is a plus.
