Position Overview

Urgent need a candidate for Immigrant Office with minimum 3 years working in Immigration field.

Responsibilities

- Provide client consultations and intake procedures to determine appropriate immigration strategies based on clients' profiles and needs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients through their immigration process and keep open communication by meeting in person and online in a timely manner.
- Ensure immigration forms and supporting documents are prepared for submissions.
- Managing a high volume workload of complex cases.
- Dealing with legal correspondence including responses or submission letters directed to IRCC, Service Canada and CBSA.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full time
- Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
- Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Schedule: 8 hour shift

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
