Contract Specifics

- Building area – 32,656 sq ft Contract rate = $1.73 sq ft
- Sidewalk area – 10,072 sq ft Contract rate = $0.33 sq ft
- For an annual contract total of $59,892.12

Contractor Is Responsible For

- Labour, equipment, all cleaning materials & waxes
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance and general liability insurance

Pembina Hills Provides

- Paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags & ice melt
