How you create impact The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for providing customer service excellence through the execution of distribution center processes that support efficient, safe, and high-quality operations.

- Lead and participate in customer negotiations and relationship management.
- Participate in current business implementations, bids, tenders, and RFPs.
- Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.




- Review forecasts and drive operational improvements.
- Lead and develop direct reports and support succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior management to optimize logistics operations.
- Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Plan labor requirements and space utilization.
- Drive QSHE implementation and ensure Health Canada and client compliance requirements are met.

What we would like you to bring

- 7+ years of experience working in a Contract Logistics, 3PL, Distribution Centre, or Warehouse environment
- 7+ years of warehouse leadership and inventory management experience including P/L management
- Experience working in a Unionized distirbution center/warehouse workplace with an understanding of collective bargaining agreements
- Must have a continuous improvement mindset

The target base salary range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $134,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
