Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash and electronic payments accurately, and perform cash handling duties
- Maintain store merchandising standards by organizing products, restocking shelves, and ensuring attractive displays
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, perform basic math calculations for pricing, and assist with stock replenishment




- Provide transparent communication with customers via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and organization to ensure a welcoming shopping environment

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Experience with POS systems or familiarity with technology sales is advantageous
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and positive energy
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
