Manitoba Club is a historic private members’ club in the heart of Winnipeg, known for exceptional hospitality, memorable events and a warm, welcoming experience for our members and guests. From beautiful weddings to corporate gatherings and special celebrations, our Events team helps bring special moments to life.

We’re looking for a full-time Wedding & Corporate Events Coordinator to join our event planning team. If you’re a self-starter who loves people, thrives on organization and has a strong sales and customer service mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be an significant part of creating memorable experiences from the first inquiry to their special day. The successful candidate will be professional, personable, motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional event planning and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Planning and coordinating all aspects of wedding and corporate events
- Building strong relationships with couples, clients, members and guests
- Communicating professionally and enthusiastically by phone and email
- Following up with leads and identifying new business opportunities




- Working closely with our Events, Food & Beverage, Culinary and other Club teams to bring events together seamlessly
- Preparing banquet event orders and other event-related documentation
- Reporting to the Manager | Private Events & Member Services
- Directing event service staff and helping ensure events run smoothly

Schedule & Compensation

- 40 hours per week
- 8.5 hour workday, including an unpaid 30-minute lunch break
- Hours will vary from week to week based on the event schedule
- Wedding on Saturday: Tuesday-Saturday
- No Saturday wedding: Monday-Friday
- Commission opportunities available
- EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED
