Join our new sushi concept located in RATZ Food Market, Brussels’ newest immersive food destination in the heart of Ixelles. RATZ brings together a variety of high quality street food concepts in a vibrant and creative environment, combining culinary excellence, sharing and discovery. Our sushi kiosk is looking for passionate team members who want to be part of an exciting RECENT project and contribute to delivering fresh, authentic and high quality Japanese cuisine to our customers.

Tasks

- Prepare sushi, maki, sashimi and other Japanese specialties while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Master fish-cutting techniques and sushi rice preparation.
- Ensure the quality, freshness and presentation of all products.
- Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure the smooth running of daily service.

Profile

- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Sushi Master or in a similar position.
- You have a strong knowledge of traditional sushi preparation techniques.
- You are precise, organized and detail-oriented.
- You have a strong sense of taste, presentation and attention to quality.




- You are able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team spirit.
- You speak French or English.
