Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of AI & Shared Services, the Software License Delivery Coordinator is responsible for generating, validating, and delivering OPAL‑RT software licenses to customers worldwide. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely software delivery experience, while acting as a key operational link between internal teams and external customers.

Main Responsibilities

Software License Generation & Delivery:

- Analyze license requests submitted by accounting teams, sales teams, customers, and partners to fully understand customer needs and configurations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, accounting, support) to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding license delivery, status, and related questions.
- Generate and deliver software licenses using internal tools and systems.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all license deliveries.

Tools & Process Improvement:
- Act as a power user of the internal license generation and delivery tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to software delivery and operational processes.

Requirements

Education / Studies

- Studies or training in a relevant field such as:
- Information Technology (IT) or computer‑related fields.
- Business administration or operations.
- Office automation or administrative studies.
- Customer service, sales operations, or equivalent professional training.

- Equivalent skilled experience will be considered.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a role related to customer service,



sales support, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Experience interacting with customers or internal stakeholders in a service‑oriented context is considered a strong asset.

Languages

- French is mandatory.
- Knowledge of English is required for communication with international clients.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
