Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Cover/Coat Check attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out of guests' coats and personal items in a busy environment. You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests while maintaining a secure and orderly coat check area.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist them with checking in their coats or taking their cover charge.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking items to ensure efficient retrieval when guests return.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for any fees associated with coat check services.
- Ensure the coat check area is clean, secure, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all guests,



including those with children or special needs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, particularly in hospitality or food service environments.
- Solid public speaking skills to engage effectively with guests and provide information clearly.
- Cash handling experience is essential for processing transactions accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while providing top-notch service.
