You'll oversee the end-to-end execution of email marketing, paid ads, manage HubSpot, and lead initiatives that amplify our brand presence across digital touchpoints.Your overall mission will be to drive leads directly to our sales team and increase booked demo volume across regions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and execution for B2B email marketing campaigns that generate and nurture leads through the funnelHelp the sales team generate leads & create email marketing campaigns to generate leadsOwn and manage marketing automation workflows and CRM processes within HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platformsPlan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, product announcements, and automated email seriesExecute and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on demo request conversions and lead generationClosely partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign executionAlign closely with the sales team to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are properly nurtured, integrated into the CRM, and converted into demos via a smooth handoff processTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for open rates, CTR, and conversionEnsure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channelsLead development of demo request workflows and marketing assets that support the sales processManage and segment the email subscriber list to ensure targeted and relevant communicationsDesign email templates and write engaging content tailored to target audiencesConduct A/B and multivariate testing on email and ad creatives to improve demo conversion ratesTailor creative messaging, offers, and campaign strategy by geography ( North America, UK, Australia )
for optimal regional performanceGraphic design skills are preferredQualifications5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in brand campaigns, email marketing, and CRM management5+ years of hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads, with measurable results in demo conversionsHands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other marketing automation platformsStrong strategic thinking paired with excellent execution and sales database management skillsExperience working cross-functionally with sales teams to improve lead quality, pipeline conversion, and CRM-based marketing workflowsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make insight-driven decisionsExceptional communication and collaboration skillsExperience in SaaS, healthcare, and/or tech sectors is a strong advantageFamiliarity with demo design, sales enablement, or marketing operations is a plusDemonstrated success generating high-quality leads and converting them into demo bookingsWhat are we looking for section:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
