Cultivation Team Member – Full Time

Valhalla Flwr is looking for a motivated and reliable Cultivation Team Member to join our growing team in Kelowna, BC.

This is a hands-on position working closely with our Master Grower and cultivation team throughout the entire growing process — from propagation and plant care through to harvest.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with day-to-day plant care and cultivation activities
- Working alongside the Master Grower to complete scheduled grow-room tasks
- Propagation and general plant maintenance
- Assisting with harvests
- Cleaning and sanitizing grow rooms, workstations and equipment
- Following company SOPs and Health Canada requirements
- Assisting with trimming and packaging when needed
- Helping the cultivation team wherever needed during busy periods

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Able to sit, stand, bend or kneel for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Cannabis cultivation or horticultural experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
