Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $18.25 per hour

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team and support our hearing health and speech-language therapy clients throughout their care journey — from their first consultation through ongoing aftercare.

What You'll Do

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone and email
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage client appointments efficiently
- Conduct appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide a welcoming, professional, and personalized client experience
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and families
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients of all ages, from children to older adults
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate support
- Assist with administrative tasks related to appointment booking, billing, and follow-ups





What We're Looking ForWe welcome candidates with or without previous healthcare experience.

Previous experience in healthcare, clinic coordination, administration, reception, or customer service is an asset, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

TrainingWe provide training on our CRM and clinic management systems, including processes related to appointment booking, billing, client records, and follow-ups.

Compensation & Benefits

- Starting wage of $18.25/hour
