As a Customer Service Representative, your main objective will be to create a positive customer experience. Tasks will include:
- Addressing customers' complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Promoting merchandise
- Usage of a point-of-sale system, specifically processing inventory
- Handling cash
- Stocking products
Full-time (40 hrs/week) and part-time (15-20 hrs/week) positions available.
Salary: $15.70 to 16.50 hourly (To be negotiated)
Hours: Weekdays and some Saturdays 9:30am-6pm
Note: No degree, certificate or diploma needed to apply. Benefits include a Health and Dental insurance plan available to full time staff after 3 months of employment.
Additional expectations
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable communicating with the elderly
- Must work well in a team to accomplish shared goals
- Basic computer skills
- Interest in learning merchandising
